An ADU is a significant construction/remodel project to undertake, and we recognize your desire to investigate the possibilities available to you. ADU Utah is providing some excellent models as a reference for you to explore.

There are many factors that will drive what you can implement on your property. State, county, and city ordinance laws will determine what your property will legally be allowed to implement. Your property and its physical characteristics will also have an impact on the size, shape and placement possibilities.  Any ADU will require some customization to meet the on your property and city ordinances. ADU-1 | 650 sq. ft.

Single Bedroom ADU

ADU-1 is a detached ADU with 650 sq. ft. of living space on a 25ft x 30ft footprint. It has one bedroom, one full bathroom along with an open living, dining, and kitchen area.

ADU-1G | 650 sq. ft.

Single Bedroom ADU Above Garage

ADU-1G is a detached Garage/ADU apartment with 650 sq. ft. of living space on a 25ft x 30ft footprint. The ADU-1G is one-bedroom, one full bathroom with an open living, dining and kitchen area built on top a spacious two-car garage.

ADU-1S | 525 sq. ft.

Single Bedroom Slimline ADU

ADU-1S is a detached ADU with 525 sq. ft. living space on a 15ft x 35ft footprint. Its narrow width allows this unit to fit in tight spaces on smaller building lots.

ADU-2 | 950 sq. ft.

Two Bedroom ADU

ADU-2 is a detached ADU with 950 sq. ft. of living space on a 30ft x 33ft footprint. It has two bedrooms, one full and one-half baths along with an open living, dining, and kitchen area.

ADU-2S | 800 sq. ft.

Two Bedroom Slimline ADU

ADU-2S is a detached ADU with 800 sq. ft. of living space on a 15ft x 35ft footprint. It has two bedrooms, two full baths along with an open living, dining, and kitchen area.

ADU-B | Size TBD

Basement Apartment ADU

ADU-B is a renovation/remodel of your basement to convert this to a secondary living space and bring it into compliance with your cities ADU code.

ADU-C | Size TBD

Custom Build ADU

ADU-C is a custom-built ADU. The price and size will be determined once the design team has created your unique ADU design.
